Kenneth L. Walters Jr., Senior Managing Director

Prior to joining Emigrant Capital, Mr. Walters was a Managing Director with CIT Equity Investments. While at CIT Equity Investments, Mr. Walters invested in companies in a wide range of industries, including automotive, business services, plastics, printing, specialty manufacturing and telecommunications.

Mr. Walters worked at The CIT Group for over 17 years. Prior to joining CIT Equity Investments in 1997, Mr. Walters ran the Acquisition and Syndication group for CIT Capital Equipment Financing. The group was responsible for sourcing, structuring and closing portfolio acquisitions and selling transactions from CIT's portfolio.

Mr. Walters graduated with honors from Rutgers University ('85) with a BA in Economics and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Walters is a Director of M Cubed Technologies, Inc., AC Label LLC and Supply Pro, Inc.
