M. Stalowir, Executive Partner |
Mr. Stalowir has a distinguished
record of leading branded businesses through accelerated
growth, market expansion and sustainable category
leadership. Mr. Stalowir has led varied initiatives
ranging from start-ups, acquisitions and joint
ventures to business turnarounds and divestitures.
Businesses ranged from small regional players
to large national category leaders generating
over $500MM in new revenue and $60MM in
new profit over the last 15 years.
Most recently, Mr. Stalowir
was President of Tomra
Systems North America, a high growth $220MM
beverage container return system business with
1,100 employees, 22 processing plants and an 80%
market share for its category. Prior to that,
he spent 5 years with The
Coca-Cola Company as a General Manager
driving the aggressive expansion of its Eastern
European business. He oversaw the investment of
hundreds of millions of dollars in capital, the
building of three production facilities and 20
distribution centers all of which drove retail
sales in his region from $5MM to over $250MM and
secured clear market leadership.
Mr. Stalowir also held various
senior marketing, brand management and new product
development roles at The
Quaker Oats Company, growing brands such
as Cap'n Crunch, Rice-A-Roni and Near East Foods.
Mr. Stalowir received an MBA in Marketing and
Finance from the University of Michigan, and a
BA in Economics and Art History from the College
of William and Mary. He currently serves as Chairman
of the Boylan Bottling
Co., was the former Vice Chairman of Latex
Foam Int'l and served on several boards
in connection with his Presidency of Tomra
Systems North America.
