John Sheppard, Executive Partner

Mr. Sheppard has a proven track record of achieving both private and public company financial objectives and creating shareholder value. Most recently, as the CEO of Cott Corporation (NYSE:COT), the world’s largest private label soft drink manufacturer, John increased total sales to over $1.6 billion from $1 billion in 4 years, while significantly improving profitability.

From 1981 to 2000, John rose through financial, business development and executive leadership positions at The Coca Cola Company to become President of its European Division. His responsibilities included operations in 15 European countries with revenues of $2 billion and operating profits over $500 million. Mr. Sheppard delivered over 20% incremental profit and significant volume growth, catapulting the division into the status of largest division.

Mr. Sheppard received an M.B.A. in Finance and Bachelors in Business Administration Marketing from the University of Georgia, graduating with Honors. Mr. Sheppard completed the Harvard Business School “Orientation for New CEO’s” and is a member of the Young President’s Organization. Mr. Sheppard was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Beverage Association and is on the Board of Directors of Hillsborough Community College.
