Seldin
Mr. Seldin is President
of Catalyst, Inc.,
a consulting firm with offices in Florida and
New York. Mr. Seldin has served in this capacity
since 1991. Catalyst, Inc. serves private sector
clients in the financial services, real estate,
venture capital and sports management industries,
and public sector clients in sports facility financing
and construction.
Mr. Seldin is a
member of the Board of Directors of Emigrant
Savings Bank and several of its subsidiaries,
and serves on its Audit and Compensation Committees.
He is also a director of Enforsys,
Inc. From 1991 through 1997 Mr. Seldin
served as President and Chief Operating Officer
of Jacksonville Jaguars,
Ltd. (the Jacksonville, Florida NFL franchise)
and its predecessor entities. Mr. Seldin is a
partner in the franchise.
Mr. Seldin received
a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum
laude, from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton
School of Business in 1982 and a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Chicago's
Graduate School of Business in 1983.
