Daniel Hickey

Mr. Hickey is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Emigrant Bancorp and Emigrant Savings Bank. He has been an officer of the Bank since 1980 and an officer of Bancorp since it was formed in 1994. He is the chief legal officer of Bancorp and the Bank, and also serves as a director and/or officer of a number of Bancorp's and the Bank's subsidiaries and affiliates. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Hickey was associated with the New York law firm of Thacher, Proffitt & Wood LLP.
